Once the deposit has been received and verified, your booking will be officially confirmed and your reserved dates will be updated on our availability calendar.

Booking Process

Step 1 — Check Availability

Contact Guide SunTan to check availability and confirm your preferred birding tour dates.

Step 2 — Pay the Deposit

Pay a 50% deposit via PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer.

Step 3 — Send Payment Confirmation

After making your payment, please send a copy or screenshot of your payment confirmation by WhatsApp or email.

Please include your name and birding tour dates so we can identify your booking.

Step 4 — Booking Confirmation

We will verify your payment and officially confirm your booking.

Step 5 — Calendar Update

Your reserved dates will be marked as booked on our website availability calendar.

Step 6 — Remaining Balance

The remaining balance can be paid in cash (Thai Baht) on the tour date, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Cancellation Policy

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.

If the tour cannot be operated due to extreme weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, alternative dates or alternative tour arrangements may be offered whenever possible.

Bird activity and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on natural, seasonal, and weather conditions.

However, every effort will be made to provide the best possible birding experience based on local knowledge and current field conditions.

Important Information

National Park entrance fees are included in the price of our standard one-day birding tours unless otherwise stated.

Tour itineraries may be adjusted according to weather conditions, road access, bird activity, seasonal conditions, and participant interests to maximize the quality of the birding experience.
