October is an exciting transition month. Rainfall begins to decrease and some migratory birds start returning to Northern Thailand.
Example birds: Crimson Sunbird, Golden-fronted Leafbird, Oriental Magpie-Robin, Red-whiskered Bulbul, Black-crested Bulbul, Asian Brown Flycatcher, Grey-backed Shrike, Common Tailorbird.
As the season changes, new visitors may begin appearing around the garden and surrounding trees.
