Booking Process
Step 1
Contact us to check tour availability and confirm your preferred tour dates.
Step 2
Pay a 50% deposit via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Step 3
Send a copy of your payment confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
Step 4
We will verify your payment and officially confirm your booking.
Step 5
Your reserved dates will be marked as booked on our website availability calendar.
Step 6
The remaining balance can be paid in cash (Thai Baht) on the tour date.
Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
If the tour cannot be operated due to extreme weather conditions, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, alternative dates or alternative tour arrangements may be offered whenever possible.
Bird activity and wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as they are dependent on natural conditions. However, every effort will be made to provide the best possible birding experience based on local knowledge and current field conditions.
Important Information
National Park entrance fees are included in the price of our standard one-day birding tours unless otherwise stated.
Tour itineraries may be adjusted according to weather conditions, road access, bird activity, and participant interests to maximize the quality of the experience.
