Birds at Chiang Dao Hut in April

April brings warmer weather to Chiang Dao. Resident birds continue to use the garden, while many species become more active as the breeding season approaches.

Example birds: Crimson Sunbird, Olive-backed Sunbird, Oriental Magpie-Robin, Red-whiskered Bulbul, Black-crested Bulbul, Common Tailorbird, White-rumped Shama, Greater Racket-tailed Drongo.

The early morning is usually the most comfortable time to explore the garden and listen to bird calls.
